COST: $925.00, a deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your spot.

Registration/Payment Timeline

Monday, 10/30/23 at 6:00 PM: Registrations Open. A $100 deposit and a completed health form is required to secure a spot on the trip. 

Sunday, 12/31/23 at 11:59 PM - Full Deposit Refund Deadline. To receive a full deposit refund ($100) your trip must be canceled by this date/time. Cancelation can be made by emailing Jordan Schiffmacher at [email protected].  

Monday, 1/15/24 at 11:59 PM - A Second $100 Payment is Due. This means that $200 of a camper's trip must be paid/fundraised to retain their spot. 

Wednesday, 3/27/24 at 11:59 PM - 50% Deposit Refund Deadline. Trips canceled before this date but after 12/31/23 will receive a 50% refund of their deposit ($50) as well as any additional payments made. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund of their deposit. 

Wednesday, 5/1/23 at 11:59 PM - 50% Balance Due. Campers must have 50% of their camp trip ($462.50) paid/fundraised by this date to retain their spot on the trip. 

A Note to Parents: We believe these trips are a great opportunity for students to "get away" from the busyness of life while they unplug from TV, the internet, and even cell phones!  At SharpTop, kids will have the chance to engage in meaningful activities and conversations about life and faith with their Young Life leaders.  The whole week will be supervised and well-planned.  SharpTop is a world-class facility.  You can check out their website HERE!
